How to Manage Your Schedule !!

You every feel like there's not enough time in a day? That you're not completing everything you need to get done? Or, you're just getting overwhelmed with everything you have to do, that it drains you. Well, this article can help you out.

      You need to have some sort of organization. Use calendars and a daily agenda. Keep your daily agenda with you. On you're calendar(s), write down your classes, work, study time, personal time, meals, etc.

      Have a To-Do List. You can use your daily agenda for this. Write down everything you need to do and want to do. Whether it's doing laundry or writing a report. List them by priority, high to low. Rewrite your list everyday to upgrade it and check off what you have accomplished.

      Make goals for yourself. Whether it's a monthly or long-term goal. What do you want to accomplish within a month(s), or within a year(s)? What do you want to invest in? When you reach the goal, reward yourself. Buy yourself something you really want, or have a complete day of relaxation at a spa or at home.

      Avoid any distractions. Distractions make you lose focus on your work. Which often leads into procrastination and then it never gets done when it's suppose to be done. Avoid emotional blocks as much as you can. Try to stay focus and not get bored of it, frustrated, angry, etc. Do your work in a quiet place where you can concentrate on the work you have.
